Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program is based on our appreciation of the value of people learning from others who have gone ahead of them. We link students to professionals who offer them mentorship for a period of a year, after which they are paired with a different professional. This ensures they learn from different people and grow their professional networks, year after year.
A mentor is an experienced, and trusted individual who provides guidance, support, and wisdom to the mentee to help them achieve personal and professional growth. We require someone who has time and the determination to empower the youth.
Becoming a mentor isn’t just about helping others; it’s a powerful opportunity for your own growth—it sharpens your leadership skills, gain fresh perspectives from emerging talent, expands your network, and brings deep personal satisfaction.
